I can't wait to bore everyone with a million pictures of Blitz. All the research in the world sometimes doesn't prepare you for the hands on right out of the gate.I know it's probably a shot in the dark as everyone may waste more tape or less tape but any guess would be greatly appreciated. I will be using the back rod method outlined on GreenKuiokis ( I think I butchered the username, apologies) pinned post, and my show handler has offered help at any turn as it's my first experience posting a dog. I know drier climates can go longer but Florida doesn't qualify. I live in a fairly hot and humid climate, so i think it may be a fair assumption that I will need to take down, rest 30 mins, then right back up every 2 to 3 days. Can anyone give me a ball park on how much of each of the posting supplies I should have stocked to post from 2-4 months (depending on holding for evaluation from breeder) when he comes home all the way through the latest possible time that some show crops need? (which I believe can be all the way though18 months worst case scenario) I don't mind having extra left to store, as there may be a plan for a bitch 3 years down the line. I already know most of what to get in what sizes, but with the issues I have read about with people finding zonas tape and the J&J brand I want to search for a good stash while it isn't a rush. I am starting to gather supplies now as Blitz should come home between mid-December and mid-April if all goes well. Great news!! I am officially on a waiting list for a show prospect male for my first Doberman, with (in my humble opinion) one of the best breeders in the country. I expected no less after lurking for going on 4 years. Each MDS Team Member follows established supplier standards and will conduct themselves with the highest degree of professionalism.Hello all! The regular price for a box (32 rolls) of Zonas tape online seems to be around 75-80.I looked for what seemed like hours looking for.
